The Life Cycle Coach, LLC has been in operation since 2022. Through my own personal journey, I’ve learned that taking small steps towards your goal, with accountability, is life-changing! As a Life Coach certified in the areas of Marriage & Family, Senior Care and Mental Health (among others), I use an integrative and holistic approach to help you make sustainable changes in your life and relationships. Addressing the whole person (mind, body and spirit), creates astounding results!

In my own journey, I battled anxiety and panic attacks for many years. I lost relationships due to my increasing anxiety levels during social interactions, and my fears of being judged by other people. So, I decided to pursue an education in regards to mental health and began to flourish as I was able to apply what I had learned. I was finally able to overcome my fears and deal properly with “anxiety” so that it did not spiral out of control.

Several years later, I was suddenly thrust into caring for my mother when her dementia reached the point where she couldn’t care for herself anymore. What a stressful situation that was! All the decisions that had to be made, the situations that I found myself in… all while dealing with my marriage, my teen child’s rebellious stage and menopause! Thankfully, I knew a wonderful couple that coached others through caring for their aging parents, and the more I learned, the more I realized I wanted to help other women get through these life cycle events as well.
